Search Function

See where it says “Search Function” on the left side of your post…. Look straight over to the rght side and you’ll see it.

If I go directly to the right on the the same line as “search function” all I see is an advertisement on my screen. I know I am going to kick myself when it finally jumps out and bites me.

It may be different on my machine because I’m running Ad Block. On mine, it is right above the verticle ad on the right side of the page. Hey, don’t feel bad. I do stuff like that all the time.

Mine is in the same spot right above the AD. It is a white button with light brown writing. Hope you found it. This site is changed more then my drawers. LOL

I know I am getting old BUT…..........The search box is not there. Am I doing something wrong??

Hey Dale, try to take a screen shot and post that. Then we can see if it’s us getting old, or you getting old (I bet it’s both).

Well young man, I sure don’t know how to take a screen shot and post it…...I have a hard enough time running my power tools…......Thanks for trying…................BUT I DO know for sure that the search box is NOT there…....

What browser and operating system are you using?

If your computer automatically updates (assuming you are using Windows), it is possible the update changed the way your internet browser worked.

Another thing to try is to clear your cache/cookies/history although I don’t think this is the problem.

It is difficult to exactly diagnosis the problem without knowing exactly what operating system/version and internet browser you are using.

It’s there on mine. I’m using IE 8 and Windows 7. Windows 7 is just as bad as Vista and after MS blew away half of my Hard Drive, thanks to their Updates, I NEVER Download them anymore.

IE 9 is also something I’d stay away from right now. It’s still in the Beta Stage and casing a lot of people a lot of aggravation.
