Cut out bristles in several paint brushes and have at it.

Use a solid base coat like red, then paint on top of that.

several passes with different colors of paint. allow to dry and lightly sand between coats.

plus any additional tools to achieve the end results that you are expecting.

the most satisfactory results will be achieved on flat panels. if this effect is required on rounded edges
or complex curves, testing and experimenting may be required to obtain satisfactory results.
