Hello every one I have plans for a dining room table I want to build but they don’t go into height of the chair is there a formula to help you figure this the height of the table I want to build is 28 inch I’m not clear at how when you build a table how you come to the height of the chair and when I say height I mean the seat I want to know that when I build the chairs that you sit at the table right not to low are to high and can fit under the table Thanks

Standard table height is 32- 34” and standard chair height (to the seat) is 17-18”.
