Any one else having this problem?? When I click the “My Lumber Jocks” drop down arrow, nothing happens. I wanted to add a new project but it won’t let me use the drop down box. I thought that maybe I could log out then log back in to solve the problem, but I cannot find the “Logout” button because it is probably in the drop down box. This is the button I am talking about:

Thanks,
Kyle

Kyle,
Mine is working OK. Try clearing your cache and cookies. Also, your computer may have done an update and affected some of its’ abilities.

You could also just close out your browser and then restart it. Then try going back into LJs.

I did just update my internet browser recently. I will try to clear my cache and cookies and see if it works.
Thanks Lew

My tool bar is also working. Have you tried clearing the cookies and logging back in?

I have the same problem. I think it is IE 9. I have had many problems since I upgraded to 9.
I tried right clicking on my lumberjocks, and it worked! After it opens a drop down menue, I click on open, and it works.

Thanks Tom
The problem must be with IE 9, since we are the only ones having the problem.

I cleared all my cookies and logged back in and it still did not work. But I tried a different computer with IE 8 and it worked. So it defintely has to be IE 9, wonder if there is any way to fix it?
Thanks everyone,
Kyle

I have IE9 and never had any problem.
Ever try to do a Ccleaner works for me.

Just make a search for Ccleaner.com and install it, use Softonic

From my point of view, if you have determined that it is a IE9 issue, and even if it isn’t, go to Mozilla and download Firefox. I think that as far as browsers go Microsoft is too large and unresponsive to put an effective web browser out. Once/if you start using FF as your web browser you will see what I mean.

Kyle, I will add a second to Mel’s comment about using Firefox. I have seen a number of problems posted that do not happen with those of us using Firefox or Google Chrome as a primary web browser. I have all three loaded on my computers. Firefox gets the most usage followed by Google Chrome. I only use IE rarely anymore.
