Trying to learn about an older Jet Cabinet saw. I can not find anywhere that states what years the CS model was manufactured, how many HP, weight ect. If anyone can share some history on this Jet table saw model I would appreciate, looking at upgrading from my old Delta.
THANK YOU

How old is older ?

Is it blue or white ?

Jet sold a pretty decent 3hp cabinet saw

their cast iron tops got very high ratings

If you have seen a grizzly cabinet saw,,,,,,,you have seen a jet saw

I have a CTAS 10-1 Jet cabinet saw. It is 3 hp, weights 365# and cost $1300 in 1982. I’ve owned it for 35 years and is used a lot. The only thing I have done to it was to replace the 3 vee belts. Other than that, it has performed perfectly. The JWCS should be pretty close in specs as the CTAS
