I miss my shop monkeys! They’re 25 and 23 now and have shops of their own! But I’ll ALWAYS have the memories!

I’ve got a 3 1/2 year old daughter who likes to take some scraps and the rubber mallet, pound on the scraps with the mallet and tell that she’s building (insert item here). She also helps me put up project around the house and her two year old little brother demands being involved when ever the drill is used. In time they will work their way up to the stationary equipment, I’m sure of it.

My son is 2-1/2 and has been present with me in the shop since he was able to walk.
He is quite a helper

And when he is not helping, he is either re-organizing my tools, or making me laugh. Here he is playing a mean left handed Guitar Sledge

lol, cute pictures.
I have a 4-year-old shop monkey of my own, who is lots of help. I also have a shop full of 11-14 year-old shop monkeys at school, they keep me on my toes, but are lots of fun!

I WAS a shop Monkey a long time ago. The ones I have now are to fay away to work in the shop with me.

This is all I’ve got for monkeys, but as you can tell, he’s always getting into something:

-- My dad and I built a 65 chev pick up.I killed trannys in that thing for some reason-Hog
