So thanks to this forum, I’ve moved over to Highland Woodworking Wood Slicer Re-Saw blades and have not looked back… My Grizzly runs like a different saw. Amazed.

Now I’ve mainly been only resawing large teak boards.. and the Wood Slicer is my new best friend.

BUT… it’s time to go back to a more conventional blade. 3/8 ishhhhh

Question is this: Are Highland Woodworks thinner, more general purpose, blades just as remarkable? Are they the same quality as the Wood Slicer blades??

Thanks everyone… happy New Year

I guess I’m wondering why do they only market their wide/re-saw blades as being in the “Wood Slicer” line…. Anything under 1/2” seems to only be called “Premium” quality blades…

So the manufacturing process, and quality is the same as I’ve seen with the Wood Slicers?

Have your say...
