Hey Gang,
My Brother Ed sent this to me last week and I was stumped. I could not figure out what he meant by this but during a conversation with him I was able to “get it”. I’m certain this has been seen by some of you but for those who haven’t I hope you enjoy the humor once you’ve figured it out.

I don’t see the joke yet but my experience with cheap torpedo levels leads me to agree if this were an accuracy assessment.
