Yes. It was not the safest day for me today. First I failed to tighten good enough one of the router table clamps while making some profiles with a 3” tall bit. The fence gave in, the bit grabbed the 2’ long maple board and threw it across the shop, hitting cans with polyurethane and making mess. Then this one.

Don’t feel too bad. I tripped mine a while back by not paying close enough attention to my mother guage clearance. The worst part is that is was a fairly new dado set. Yeah, that one pushed up my project cost quite a bit. Glad you weren’t hurt.
