Topic tags/keywords: 10th anniversary

Yes it’s true. I just noticed I have been a Lumberjock for 3,688 days, over 10 years.
Doesn’t time fly.
I would like to thank the Lumberock community for their help & friendship over that period, particularly my good buddies.
It was a great site that tempted me to join back then and even a better one now.
We don’t see much of Martin & Miss Debbie these days but their contribution along with my buddy Karson has been of great benefit to all. Many thanks to them.
It is a great way to communicate with fellow woodworkers and to develop skills as we go along.
Again thanks for all your support and a very happy Christmas to you and yours
Best regards
Tony (alias Grumpy)

Tony: It’s been great to call you a friend from afar. We’d probably have a great time together if we could only be closer. Congratulations of your long time status. And all of your posts and the jokes and videos that sneek in thru the back door.

Yes, must agree with you Tony,
The woodwork community on Lumberjocks so something special; folk from all walks of life bonded together by a creative art of woodworking.
I surely have appreciated the encouragement and support of many plus have been able to have the pleasure of connecting with a good few who’ve become friends.
I hope you’ve okay with all the recent hot weather down the hill Tony!1
Have a safe and Blessed Christmas, Cheers Peter

Thanks Pete. Must catch up one day, after all we are only a few K’s apart.
Yes that was a December record the other day, 43c (109.4F). Air conditioning came in handy that day.
Who knows what’s in store when summer really hits.
Don’t forget to clean the gutters mate, those bush fires are a menace.

Tony, you were my very first Buddy. That’ll never happen again. In that sense, “1” is an infinite number. No one can ever get into the way-back machine and change my first LJs Buddy. I feel so close to you right now. I’m serious. We live on opposite sides of the planet, in opposite seasons. And yet, I couldn’t feel closer to you than I do right now.
