What is everyone’s favorite? I know people will say folgers or Dunkin…but maybe an off the wall kind?

I’ve never had coffee in the shop. Shop beer, yes. Shop coffee, no.

Coffee while using tools, beer while sanding, staining or simply admiring.
Glive Black Rifle Coffee Company a try…really good stuff…owned and operated by veterans too.

No coffee in the shop for me … it’s only tea … Twinings English Breakfast, Prince of Wales, and Lapsang Souchong.

One cup a day guy on the java. but am a fan of branch water on occassion, and of course the barley pop, don’t partake whilst machining, but after a batch of sanding or turning, nothing like a cold ale. or a shot of real mans drink, whiskey. lol

I’m partial to the Irish Breakfast myself, but their English Breakfast is a very close second.

Otherwise, beer once the tools have spun down. Current store-bought kick is Victory Brewing Golden Monkey. Then again, I have a buddy up the street that homebrews, so I’m never short of a nice double Belgian :D

You might also like Red Rose tea. It is a blend of Kenyan teas comparable to Twinings English, Irish, and Scottish breakfast blends … and at a quarter of the price.

Nothing beats fresh ground quality beans, but of store brands I like Peet’s. I prefer to grind the beans and use a pour over. Used a French press for years but it made my cholesterol too high, something about unfiltered coffee.

When I do coffee in the shop, it’s either Yuban dark roast or San Francisco Bay “Fog Chaser” from the Kuerig.

A funny little package, completely compostable.

I am not particularly fussy. Whatever brand my wife brings me taste fine. How much I drink remains a mystery. She insist on checking on me every 20 min or so and warming it up / topping it off. Here is how it works, she comes in puts cup in place and says here is your coffee. I am working and have maybe 2 sips, she comes back tastes it and decides it is too cold or I need a refill. Repeat, repeat.. Same with tea when she decides enough coffee. Cannot complain because she keeps the fluids in me that is for sure, kidneys work great.

LOL
