1/4 hp Wecheer Flex shaft Power Carver kit on sale at Woodcraft ... any recommendations ?

I have the add-on power carving handset and cable attachment to a Dremel-type tool which is manufactured by Weecher.
While it is adequate, I think if I was going to buy a dedicated power carving tool I would get the Proxxon hand-held tool instead. I have had the opportunity to test the Weecher and the Proxxon handhelds side-by-side, and the Proxxon seemed to be more vibration free and of a higher degree of fit and finish. Just my 2¢.
