Hello, Sort of a novice to woodworking(this is my 1st post), have puttered around for a number of years but would like to get more serious. Just purchased a 14” band saw and I’m considering purchasing rough cut lumber to resaw. Looking for reccomendations on a supplier in south eastern Wisconsin. Looking for someone who is understanding of a newby woodworker and someone you would trust.
Thanks in advance and happy holidays.

Try Kettle Moraine Hardwoods. They have stores in Hartford and Caledonia.

+1 for Kettle Moraine Hardwoods. Good source, but the staff can be both helpful and non-helpful at times since it depends on who is working. If you dont see what you want, ask. They can do cuts and planing for a cost.
