One of us was too excited to get that super deal on craigslist and did not strap the saw to his track good enough. Easy to guess what happened next.

Bad situation for everyone involved there. If they catch that fellow itll be a very expensive saw once they are done with it. Even if they don’t that would have to haunt a person (I would think anyway)
One thing I was taught when I drove a semi, you over strap everything down so if one strap comes off there’s still plenty left to safely hold everything.

The laws in this country encourage dishonesty. If he gets caught there will be very little punishment for leaving the scene comparing to the financial loss if he stays. Thats why no one ever leaves a note after denting your car in the parking lot and most often then not people hit and run if they think they have a chance.
