Well being new here I went back and went thru or should say am going thru the furniture projects forum, wow, wow, some absolutely awesome projects and finishes, if only i could accomplish a small portion of some of the skill set shown it would be an accomplishment.

Well now, reading so many pages, ect, i remember something about a chest, either blanket, storage, or hope design magazine or plan magazine.
I went back of course, the next day and have started again, but haven’t come across it yet,

so anyone have an idea of the book or plans ect.

I have three grandaughters I believe who would enjoy the old guy making them one for their future.
I:”m pretty sure i will get thru it all right, just need to hone the old cabinet making skils i left behind a few years back

thanks ahead of time for any assistance in this matter.

I am in the process of building one of these out of African Cherry for Granddaughter. I have used the various FD (Furniture Design) numbered drawings ad have my former students for decades and never found a mistake. There are other chests at these woodcraft.com website. The interesting thing with this raised panel design is you can use a table saw.

Good luck.
