Workshop Layout Questions

I am in the process of completely redoing my shop. Everything in it and on the walls has been removed and is piled in my wife’s garage.

I would appreciate any help/comments/suggestions/criticisms that you guys can offer.

I wasn’t sure if a Blog or a Forum would be the best place to have this since it is not only a question, but will also be the entire process. So the blog was born and the forum topic to direct people to the blog. Is this OK?

My Father is coming out this weekend and is geared up and ready to help me start re-building.
