Topic tags/keywords: knife knives blade question Hey, I have been playing with the idea of making a nordic fixed blade knife where I would purchase a pre-made blade and make the handle myself. I have found several suppliers in Europe but I have been unable to find any that are located within the US. I have considered just biting the bullet and paying the cost to ship the blade but I want to give finding a US provider one last shot. Does anyone know any companies located in the US that sell nordic knife blades similar to (polar or Bruseleto)?? Thanks! |

Sorry Mike, the when I say nordic I am refering to the general shape of the blade and the fact that it is a ‘fixed’ blade. Here is a few images of what I mean by a nordic style knife. (Images came from the Brisa gallery) @Dennidgrosen: I have been talking with Mads for a bit and he was the one gave me the idea to make a knife and showed me several European sites that have the blades. https://www.brisa.fi/portal/index.php?option=com_joomnik&album=4&task=photo&id=4&Itemid=27 I am truing to find a US based company that provides blades made by: Polar, EnZo, or Brusletyo |
