Topic tags/keywords: question

I was wondering why sometimes when I click on the the Zoom buttons for everyones great work that it sometimes comes up only with the first pic and only lets you zoom on that one and not let you advance. I just had that happen to one of my projects I posted. I know when I ck’ed it at home it was ok and worked fine but now it only does the first pic and will not advance to the next one. I can click on them indivdually but there only the size of the pic on the posted page. Its fun to zoom in and look at them.

Has anyone had this problem? I thought it was a mistake when people posted the pics.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

I’ve seen that also. I’d assumed that people were posting thumbnail pictures by mistake.

I’ve had that happen, also. Figured a server must be busy someplace because when I checked later, they seemed to open up OK.

Happens to me a lot. There are projects I know of where it happens, and those same ones do it months later when I go back just to see if it’s still doing it.

MIGHT have something to do with what browser you use. I have never run across a project that you cannot advance through the “big” pics. I use Opera almost all the time. Firefox otherwise.

This might happen sometimes if the page didn’t load fully for whatever reason. Just try to refresh and wait until it loads to try again. The zoom code seems to be working fine in all major browsers.

I just discovered that it happens only if I have “compatibility view” turned on. I don’t have a clue what “compatibiliy view” is. IE 8.

Yea I have tried all kinds of things for the Jewerly Box post. When I first loaded it the pics worked normal then the next day the problem occured. This is the first time it has happened on one of my posts. I sometimes ran across this with ohter projects posted on here.

Not sure whats going on here I’ll have to e mail Martain and see what he thinks. \\\\

To add to Martin’s comment above I would clear your browser cache then close the browser. Re-open the browser and go back to the project and see if it acts the same way.
