Pulse stopped working on my phone. It’s still shows at the bottom of a post, but if I select the shortcut on my phone, or the pulse tab, it brings me to an error page.

Same here on my desktop for the past several days. I get the error in all of the browsers I’ve tried. I wrote to Cricket about it, but no response. I just go to a post and scroll down to the list that’s there.

Pulse is working here but starting about a week or so ago, the site became unusable again on Chrome mobile. The text is at least 4x wider than my screen and runs way off into the yellow sidebar. If I load in desktop mode, it fixes the formatting but the text is microscopic. It’s readable on Firefox but makes the browser lock up (2 different brand of phones and 1 tablet). No trouble on PC, yet.

Pulse page is DOA on my Samsung tablet AND my PC … two different OS and browsers, must be at the other end!

If I open the pulse page when I’m not logged in, I see the posts. As soon as I log in, I get the error page.

Weird, Don. I haven’t had any issues on my Android phone, yet. Knock on wood.

Try clearing your cache, that was a fix for problems in the past.

That was the first thing I did since clearing it had worked in the past. I get the error in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Like I said, it doesn’t error out until I log in which makes me wonder if it’s an issue with one or more of the threads I have set to Watch. I even get it with my IOS browsers.

LJ runs on Ruby on Rails. My guess is that there is a corrupt record in the database for one or more threads and it just bombs out with the generic error message.

The pulse page does not work on any of my toys leading me to believe that the problem is elsewhere!

What I’ve noticed is that it relates to “My Watchlist”. (Which also doesn’t work from the drop down menu)

I had the Pulse page set to the “My Watchlist” view last and now I can’t switch it back because the page now shows the error page.

When I sign out, it will show me the basic Pulse page just fine.

I PM’d Cricket also, but no reply.

No issues with Pulse on any of my Apple devices (phone, pad, laptop).

Works on my MacBook Pro and my IPad Pro. Does not work on my IPhone 6 in portrait mode.

Any chance it has something to do with an ad? IIRC, there was a time previous when an ad broke something on the site. I use Adblocker on my phone, how about those of you having issues?

Rich got it right!

I had to “Unwatch” all the threads on my watchlist and then it works again!
