Hi…how can I find a manual for apro tech 10” band saw #3104…

This web site has a lot of manuals – they have a Skil Bandsaw 3104 manual, and a bunch of ProTech manuals.
Maybe they have what you need?

In a pinch, you might find that a manual for a similar 9” or 10” BS will suffice….many of these tools are very similar.
