I have been making Silvertip Badger Brushes and Razor Handles for a while now but…. customers are asking me on a regular basis if I can do “Safety Razor” handles. Now I have one source for the hardware and the quality is top notch. But, this set of hardware is for the top of the razor only and needs to be screwed and epoxied into the handle.

Where the problem lies is that most customers was a razor handle that has a metal endcap, like the usual Gillette handle kits. Does anyone know where these kind of hardware kits can be found? I would prefer one that uses the 7mm brass tube and assembles like a pen kit. (Like the Gillette version)

Yea, I have those types of kits nailed. But that is a new source that I did not know about. What I am looking kits for these types of razors. (Looking for the kit with the end cap for the butt of the handle as well.)

Oooh, I hadn’t thought about this, but I know I’m going to have to replace my razor at some point… (And, yes, I’m a double-edged old-fashioned “safety” razor kinda guy).
