I got my first Eagle America catalog in the mail a few days ago, and kind of zeroed in on the Merle Band Clamps, mainly because they have a “Holiday Special” where they will sell you a Merle Band Clamp, #415-0912, plus Four Extra Corners, #415-9013 for free. Total – $29.95. Code #450-5050. That means you get a Merle Band Clamp with eight corners for $29.95.

I looked at the “Merle Clamp Shop Master Set” on the same page with four clamps and eight extra clamps for $134,95, and said to myself…”Self, if I buy four of these single clamps with four extra corners each for $29.95 each, I get four clamps, and 16 extra corners for $119.80! Why buy the Shop Master Set when I can get the singles in quantity and do better in price and extra corners!?”

So I signed onto EagleAmerica.com, and registered as a customer. I then proceeded to select the Merle Band Clamp Holiday Set #450-5050, and added one to my cart. It clearly says…Clamp with four corners, plus four extra corners free, Holiday Special, $29.95.

I then changed the quantity to 4 of these sets. It took.
The price came up $119.80
But being the cheap guy that I am, I saw the “Promo Code” box below and wondered – Is there an active Promo Code?

I opened another Google Window, and typed in “EagleAmerica.Com Promo Code”. Sure enough, a site came up with an active promo code.
Here it is, good until the end of November. Takes $10 off your order, and gives you free shipping over $75.
17WELCOME01A is the promo code. I copied and pasted that promo code into the Promo Code box.

When I went to check out, sure enough, it not only gave me Free Shipping, it clipped $10 off my order of $119.80 and knocked it down to $109.80 with free shipping. Good enough, SOLD!

It worked for me, although that was my first order through EagleAmerica.com. It may not work for those who have ordered multiple times from EagleAmerica, but then again, why not try?
