Topic tags/keywords: tip knifes jointerplaner

Someone asked where I got my knifes from and they also told me that the place where I got my knifes and machine from had closed their web site. I had to do alot of looking but I found one other place to get them from. They do have a large selection and funny sizes if anyone needs those weird size knifes for either a planer or jointer HSS,Carbide Tip,Solid Carbide. The prices seem to be ok too, my knifes measure 6-7/32 or 6-1/4” long x 7/8” front to back x 1/16” thick if any one knows of a place to get the same size knifes also the machine is a Sunhill 6” bench top jointer. THANKS!

Hi Ike,
I purchased some jointer blades from http://woodworkersoutpost.com and was happy with their service and quality.

Ike;
I just had the same thing happen with a Craftsman planer and found a site that seems to have a great selection of blades. www.americannationalknife.com
