I wanted to finish my Heart in Crosses with a gloss finish. I usually use Water Poly. It is easy to thick and sticky! The cross will not fit in the hearts and they tend to stick.

I I tried a few things.

I got some spray Minwax High gloss Lacquer at Lowes. It worked perfect!!!!! But of course spray cans from Lowes is PRICY!

So I wish to spray the canned stuff.

I wish to spray many small parts so want to use maybe a touch up sprayer or airbrush.

What would you all suggest? Type of Lacqer? Type of sprayer? Any thing else

Noralden!

I was AND STILL AM struggling to made a living or even a hobby that pays for itself. Someone suggested I contact some local wineries to see if they would let me set up sponcer my goods. While I was late to the party as they had ALL been approached like that and already had too much of other artists stuff.

BUT I did get a handful of other work out of them. Mostly doing woodworking for their homes and other. I would suggest that as well for you.

Dude your work is impressive.

And you have GOT to find people with too much money on their hands that will pay for it.

PLUS I got paid with a lot of WINE which is fine with me.

You might look at a Preval sprayer. Good for small amounts of thinned finishes for small project and overall less expensive than rattle cans
