Topic tags/keywords: vintage radial arm saw delta

Hi, I have a 1960/1961 Delta Rockwell Super 900 Radial Arm Saw (purchased new by my dad) that is looking for a good home. (Free!)

I’ve used it very productively for the last 30 years for various home projects, but lately my projects require ripping at odd angles and it cannot do that anymore. It has a broken nub used for clamping the blade at angles other than vertical and 45 degrees, and the motor occasionally stalls on starting (starting capacitor problem fix described for this very model in this thread: http://lumberjocks.com/topics/6836)

Its been a prized tool of my dad and myself for 57+ years so I’d like it to continue to be useful for someone that is into woodworking.

1 hp motor, (115 or 230 volts), complete with original stand and original manual.

In Walnut Creek, CA.

If interested, please email me (bob.rusel@gmail.com)
