Bought a used planer and knives have a pretty big nick in them but the planer came with a new set of blades.
unfortunately it didn’t come with a set gauge. Have looked all over the internet for one with no luck. Does anyone on this site have one they would like to sell or would someone give me the dimensions so I could make one. It would be greatly appreciated.

WWWANNABE – I know that it’s been several months since your post and I can’t tell if you ever found a blade gauge for your Ryobi AP-10 planer. I too am stumped trying to find a gauge for my Ryobi AP 10 planer. I found this discussion thread and photo online on another woodworker’s forum that shows the dimension necessary to get the correct adjustment in lieu of having a gauge.

By the way, that little planer has done yeoman’s work for me for the last year after sitting in my garage for 25+ years. I inherited it from my father after he died and am just now getting around to serious woodworking.

Most say they came in a 2 pack. I’ll see if I have an extra. PM me if you don’t hear back my tomorrow.

If you have some sheet metal and a pop rivet gun you can make a decent dust collector port for that machine. I did and it works like a champ.

Jbred
first time on this site, but I would like to purchase the other setting gauge and the sharpened blade set for the Ryobi AP-10 Planer if you still have available. Not sure how to go about contacting you…
