Can you add a check box to hide greyed out items in LumberJocks Pluse?

It would make it easier to read items that have changed or you have not read. Once you have read the first page, constantly navigating to subsequent pages is a little inefficient.

With this checkbox on all you would see is the posts you had not read. They would be ordered from newest to oldest.

Thants an interesting option Wayne. There are a lot of grayed out topics.

Give me just my unread ones would help get new ones all together.

I like it.

not a bad idea… I find that, having downloaded the new toolbar, things are staying new in either the pulse of the “what’s new” depending on where I look first.

The “what’s new” is great… but when I go check the pulse, I see I’m missisng a bazillion comments, etc… and If I resort to only using the pulse, the items in “what’s new” will never grey out and Then I can’t take full advantage of that.

I can’t believe how many pages of the pulse a day takes up now. We thought things were busy before… their crazy busy now!... and I think we’re not even up to cruising speed yet!... I fear I may start actively slipping down in the “most active” count, just to keep a little sanity!

Thinking about it, I would probably suggest making it the default way pulse worked and add a “show all” check box so people could go back and find a previous post.

Hey Wayne.. this is in works. stay tuned ;)

Scott, I know it’s little confusing to have both – pulse as well as what’s new in the toolbar. What’s new is just the RSS reader so it doesn’t update in relation to the pulse. But I wanted to test the waters with the toolbar and improve later when the time permits. Thanks for pointing to this.
