Topic tags/keywords: hafele sliding hardware eku-forte adjustments question

I’ve been installing cabinet hardware for many years but I’ve become an idiot trying to install and adjust the new kitchen cabinet hardware coming in from Europe.

The instructions are skimpy and/or in German and the internet doesn’t seem to be aware of this problem. Most of the problems are with Blum and Hafele. Although the items are costly, they are very well made and operate with ease. I do like them. However, when you try and find out simple general answers for questions as to how to adjust a roll-out pantry unit by Hafele (EKU-Forte) you hit a dead end. There’s nothing within the installation guide. I’ve spend hours trying to figure this out and need help. Does anyone have experience with this unit??

As soon as find out, I’m posting a video.

Anytime I’ve had questions I call Hafele and they connect me with a tech that usually answers any of my questions.

What type of problem are you having?

Thanks jbay,

Thanks for your advice. We need to raise the internal unit about 1/8+” and tilt the front in 1/4”.

Have your say...
