I see a number of people have made their own hotdog handles their low angle jack planes. I just made a shooting board for my new Stanley LAJP but do not have access to turning equipment to make a hotdog. I know L-N sells these handles but the price ($60!) seems high and I don’t know for sure it would fit a Stanley.

If anyone has made one of these for a Stanley and would be willing to make one for me let me know how much you’d want for it. Mine is the newer Sweetheart model sold at Woodcraft.
