I’m interested in a 32” rail if you find a replacement.

Hey Tim, Is this to older fence with pipe or the newer style with angle and tubing?

It’s the one with the angle that just mounts from the front.

It seems to me that you should be able to go to your local steel supplier and give them the measurements and have them bring it in if necessary. With length of the legs of the angles and the thickness of the legs, you in like flint.
And a whole lot less money. Drill it, bolt it up, check it out, take it off, paint it add a tape measure and buy another tool with what you save.
Angle is angle and more than likely they will have it on the rack.
Some times there is a bit of mill scale that needs to be sanded off where the T square clamps. If you were here, I may have what you can use left in my stash and that is even less filthy luchre. lol Rand

PS….If I can help in any way, just whistle.

That’s a good idea, Rand. I know just the welder here that could do it. 3” or 3 1/2” angle would work ok.
Thanks for the suggestion. I may have to go that route.

Just make sure it is straight before you buy. I have gotten new stock that wasn’t.

you should save the 32’’ rail if you get a 50’’. I mounted a cut down rail on my band saw and the great adjustment of the unifence is perfect for adjusting for blade drift. I found that the unifence can be removed from my unisaw and switched back and forth so smothly that its worth alittle adjusting to get the accurcy on the band saw. The difference in quality compared to even expensive aftermarket bandsaw fences is night and day!!!!

Hi, woodrex, If Tim doesn’t need the unifence you have for sale I’ll take it.
