Looks like one of these Mike. I’d be surprised if it isn’t one of the Taiwanese made power tools (pre Jet, Grizzly, etc.) that had any number of badges or brandnames. It looks like a larger version of my “Continental”. Probably made in the same factory today with different names. Check the runout. If it’s in good shape $100 is probably a good price. Bearings, arbors and chucks should be pretty standard. Spindle or quill might be. Good luck. -Jack

Now that makes sense. I saw the “Echo” name and got a mental block and thought I stumbled on something. This gives me the info I need. Thanks.

This was somewhat expected, as I was number #2 in line when I called the guy. The guy offered to sell it out from under the first caller for $125, but I turned that down because I don’t deal that way and expect others to remain honest as well.

This looks like it could have been an OK deal but comparing pictures with the links Jack provided seemed to show a missing quill and handle extension, plus who knows what else. I guess the only guarantee is that it was well used.
