Topic tags/keywords: scroll saw epoxy cutout pendent necklace

I’m currently making some scroll saw pendents. the latest one was a cut out of a dragon head in a 3” circle. after finishing the cutting I realized that there were a few thin cross sections that would most likely break with normal use. I’m thinking I can salvage this cutout by mixing some two part epoxy with some black epoxy die to fill what I just cut out. I plan on over filling (slightly) and then sanding the epoxy smooth with the wood. I’m questioning if I will have any problems with air bubbles showing up and how to avoid them.

Thanks,
