Is there any way of resizing pictures so they don’t take up so much space in a post?

Also, is there any chance that imgur will be added as an option?

I edit my pictures in Windows and use Windows Resizer to reduce the file size.

After what happened with PhotoBucket, I sincerely doubt will will add additional 3rd party image host.

Just curious, why not just upload them here?

I do. But there were shortcuts via PhotoBucket, Flickr etc that “theoretically” made it easier to paste directly from your account. I stopped using PB before they changed their service because I couldn’t seem to stop the junk mail they were sending me. imgur is handy because a picture I take with my phone gets automatically uploaded there and all I need to do is copy the link and paste it here.

It also allows me to put multiple pictures in one shot like this.

Otherwise, I have to email the picture to myself, save it then upload it. Unless there is an easier process that folks are using??
I’m assuming most are using their phones to take the pics which gets them into their phone or onto the net but I never post here from my phone.

I’m just looking for the quickest/easiest way.

YES!!....Thank you. That’s exactly what I was looking for as far as being able to have resize options. One click!

Are you selecting the “Direct Link” and adding the ! on each end?
