Hey all!

I’m working on my first project that will be finished with paint. I’m thinking of using milk paint, since I’ve read that it weathers well and looks good over time. I don’t need much for this project, but may have another project in a few months for it.

Will the General Finishes milk paint stay good in the can for some time? Or will I only be able to use it for a few weeks after opening the can?

Thanks for the help!

Same as any other acrylic paint if you seal up the can or decant into smaller containers to reduce headspace.

Since GF milk paint isn’t really milk paint, it doesn’t go bad as quickly.
