Topic tags/keywords: shopsmith mark v for sale classifieds bandsaw lathe tablesaw drill press sander

Asking $1,200 or best offer – price negotiable

For sale is a Shopsmith Mark V 510 with table extension kit and various attachments. This package includes the 4” jointer, 11” bandsaw, table saw, lathe, drill chuck, router chuck, and disc sander attachments. It is capable of many operations and will fit many other attachments.

The Good:
This unit was bought by the original owner in the early-mid 90’s and was lightly used. Unit is in great working condition and runs quietly and smoothly. I am the second owner of this unit, but do not have room to keep this unit in addition to one that was recently given to me. I have cleaned, inspected, and tested each attachment. In addition I have waxed the way tubes, extension table tubes, saw mounting tubes, and bench tubes. All components have been tested and work as they should. The bandsaw runs quietly and the internal bearings are clean and spin freely. The jointer table is clean and has also been waxed. Each attachment has a 2 1/2” vacuum attachment for use with standard shop vacuum systems.

The Bad:
The table saw insert is slightly dented downward on the right side but does not impede the blade. Replacements are available for about $30 from the Shopsmith website. If you would like to utilize the lathe capabilities on this unit, you will need to obtain a shopsmith tailstock which was lost by the previous owner.

It is unlikely that I can ship this, so local pickup will be required in zip code 45314. I’ll be happy to answer any questions or get any other pictures if you are interested.
