Up until the day it broke my festool had no problems or issues, and now I get dust in everything I drink.
Please see below, do you think they offer warranty?

maybe they offer a dust extraction attachment for the mug.

Hmmm Driving Mug. Warranty as long as you are still under your kms ? (For USA thats mileage !)

well you must had gotten your mug to close to the mug..and cause failure…if i remember right there warranty clause does not cover mug to mug….....i would suggest a coffee filter over the opening and take small sips…lol…

Hire Oneida’s lawyer and sue the suckers. If he can take out Clearvue, surely he can put a fly by night outfit like Festool in their place. lol You can’t let them get away with this!

Find a welder that can weld anything except the crack of dawn or a broken heart and send them the bill. lol That’ll learn em.
