theres alot of customer service related topics and stories here, so i thought this may be appropriate though not woodworking related.
the company in Belgium that had the worst customer service rating got pranked by a satiristic tv show.
i bet you all know a company that deserves this!

intro: a container gets delivered early in the moring in front of the companies parking entrance, blocking the acces.
then the security guys need to go through the same lousy service as their own company gives its customers!

I loved that one!
I still laugh.
It should be called cus’tumor’ service or customer punishment.
thank you,

Funny, I love it.
We have to start doing stuff like that over here.

That’s funny. Too bad it has to be an innocent security guard that gets hammered.

This was great. Now if they would only do it to those call centers in India.

That was funny. Good for them :-)) I am a bit hard of hearing with any back ground noise or heavy accents. I was on with a customer service rep. Sorry, I don’t recall the company. I could barely make out a word here and there. There was a lot of noise in the back ground. I asked what it was? the guy apologized and told me there were packed in very tight :-)) It was, you guessed it, a call center in India.
