Topic tags/keywords: tags question

I have seen a lot of questions on LJ tagged with ”question” only. It sure would be nice if the subject matter was tagged too so that it could be seached. Just a casual observation ;-)

Your Powers Of Observtion are much beter than mine, Mr. Electrician! ....LOL… I never noticed that but I’d certainly agree with that Very Logical Statement.

Would that come under the heading of “Common Sense”? Problem is, as “Someone” once said. “The Problem With Common Sense Is That It Isn’t All That Common.”

Take my EX-Wife for instance ….Please!!!! ;-}

That’s a very good point TP. I’m am guilty as charged of doing exactly what you mention. Since I have never used the search feature here, I never considered that others may use it. How inconsiderate of me. I promise I will try and tag my posts better in the future. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

I’ve noticed that too. Actually, I’ve noticed many problems with the way a lot of people tag. I try very hard to use ALL of the relevant tags concerning my post and to NOT use tags that have nothing to do with the topic or project. For instance, why do people tag a bench with “frame” or tag a bench and table with “bed”? It seems like some people just hit every tag so their post will be seen.
I’m not trying to be negative by pointing it out, but c’mon, folks.

I have no idea why? :-)) The search doesn’t turn up much sometimes, then it will turn up a bunch of links to the same thread from each comment ;-(( Most of the time, it is easier to just ask agaiin.
