Thank you for the feedback. I am still working full time and just picked up a mobile sharpening business. I do this 1 or 2 weekends a month to keep me busy. Lately i have had a lot of inquires about saw blades and hole saws. Yes, i will not get rich, but its paid for a trip to Ireland this year. I will check the sites everyone has suggested. Any feedback is appreciated.

In your other post you just sounded like you were looking to get into sharpening. Having an established mobile service changes everything. I think mobile is a great choice. It doesn’t change the recommendations though. Both systems are good quality, and I think MrRon’s suggestion to seek out used equipment if you can find it is a good one.

Welcome to LJ. What other sharpening do you do? Knives? Or is it all wood and metal cutting tools?

-- No matter how much you push the envelope, it'll still be stationery.
