I am am OLD Rookie! I am building a router table top, have not seen any plans that suite my stock on hand or my preferences. I am using two thickness of MDF and a top of Melamine. I have a Bosch 1/2 in router and matching lift. I am open to all suggestions as to: T Rails; fence; dust collection; etc. All comments greatly appreciated

For the fence I like the segmented fence described in Wood magazine Best-Ever Router Tips, Tricks and Jigs 2008 chapter 4 “Do-it-All Router-Table Fence” pg 94.

I made my fence and table from phenolic plywood, but now wished I had used MDF with an applied lamitate surface instead. (http://lumberjocks.com/wasmithee/blog/20607)
