has anyone had experience with the G4176 power feeder? I currently have a grizzly G 1035 1 1/2 hp shaper and I am considering this power feed as an addition to it. I plan to pull the trigger in the next few days, and am curious as to what others have to say about this feeder. at $585.00 is this good equipment or should I take a gander at something else. Thanks in advance my friends for your input. what I’m planning to do is run a bunch of red oak for flooring.

I have this one, it works well. i use it on a powermatic 26 shaper, and also put it on my bandsaw to cut veneers. My only complaint is it can take a while to get it adjusted just right but this is probably true of any feeder.

Have your say...
