Can Rockler enhance the reputation of Laguna for customer service, or … will Laguna still be the weak link in the chain.

Stay tuned :-)

At least it’s a place to go to drool over the Laguna bandsaws in person…

What is this thing called service? Is this something we should have in Norway?

I think they are going to have a tough time here on LJ’s, right now, I won’t even look at Laguna after hearing the stories…...

But they should be watched, perhaps Rockler may have some influence.

I remember a comment many years ago that the best service in restaurants was in the United States. My travels in foreign countries, even in very high end places, do not dispell that observation, but it is not a glaring difference. Why are they teaming up with Rockler? Hmmm. Right now I will stick with companies that have a track record.

after all the problems people have had with their customer service, it is the last place I would go too, even if Rockler is selling them. Sort of reminds me of the old slogan Westinghouse used to have. “You can be sure if it is Westinghouse.” Sure of what? Gonna have trouble! They bought up Cutler Hammer. That is precisely the same question I asked Neil. Will Westiinghouse drag CH down? ;-)) Well, kinda, but it took a while:-)
