Last week, I ordered a profile router bit and corresponding setup block from MLCS for a cabinet project I am building.
When the arrived yesterday, I discovered they had shipped me the wrong setup block (there was a one-digit difference in the part number, which, in my book, is an honest mistake), so last night I sent them an email describing the problem.
This morning, I got a response from Denise @ MLCS apologizing for the error. She advised they are shipping the correct part today and that there was no need for me to return the one they sent in error.
Over the last couple of years, I have contacted them a couple of times and I cannot say enough about the fine customer service I have received from this company.
If this were a review, I would give them 5 stars!
