Just for other forum members entertainment I am posting this video

My understanding is that wood working and highly detailed joinery was started during the Golden age of China.
This was 1000 to 1450 AD as far as I can tell.

During my travels in China noticed what was obviously some very old and very intricate woodworking joinery.

So, I am passing along this video that I stumbled upon

Wow. Thanks for sharing. I’d love to see those in person. And the deconstructed piece in the glass case Is a great idea for all furniture displays.
