I am thinking about selling my almost two-year-old SawStop due to the Festool collection I have accumulated and the many times I needed a smaller portable table saw.
Its a 3HP PCS with 52" rails and the PCS Mobile Base. What do you think is a fair price for something like this? List minus 20%?
Well, the buyer is giving up the warranty. While I would be willing to (probably) go to 80% list, I think a little less is closer to what the market will bear. But it does depend on where you are (hugely).
Add up the costs as if you were buying one new. Include any accessories you have, as well as shipping costs.
Buyers will want to save a thousand at least, otherwise they will likely buy new.
And also, don't sell it. You will miss it when it's gone.
