I am thinking about this saw and I have a couple of questions.

It calls for a permanent wire hook up with no plug. Has anyone done this before?

It seems like the router table extention does not have a miter slot. Do most table saws with a router table insert have one?

Sure, just means you have to put a plug on it, basically the 2 hot wires and the ground, very simple. I actually have the G1023SL version, which doesn’t have the router plate. If I had it to do over again I would have bought the 1023 with the router plate.

Are they actually delivering these yet? I waited months for this saw on back order, only to cancel and buy the G0690 + router extension instead.

Actually not sure. I always call Grizzly before ordering anything of a major purchase like this.

Looks good but I would pay the extra money for a extension kit.
