Got the following e-mail from HD Resolutions Team

I called and they took a new order for the WS3000 at the sale price and a new Confirmation number. Said it should ship within 30 days. I received an e-mail about 10 min later with the conformation number.

I got two messages from them, one confirming that they had sent me a gift card to refund my order, and the other saying they would reconfirm my order. I will call tomorrow.

I think Work Sharpe may have had something to do with this, and that amazes me, as they had nothing to do with this mistake.

I am still sceptical, but time will tell..
