2016 Pony closed it’s doors. No more Pony products. Shame. I liked their stuff.
Shame.

May 2016 they suspended operations.

But there was a thread on here about them being purchased some months ago.

Greatstar purchased their assets – - June 2017

Will see what they do…. Expect there will now be orange Chinese Pony clamps.
hope that they keep to the quality of the originals.

from the article:
GreatStar’s new line of Jorgensen and Pony products will be available in August. Readers also may appreciate knowing that many former products will be among these offerings. Smith says a sampling of those include Jorgensen handscrews, bar clamps, clamp pads, bench dogs, miter boxes/saws and woodworker’s vises. Within the Pony brand, there will be three-way edging clamps, band clamps, C-clamps, spring and hold-down clamps, clamp fixtures and pads, corner and framing clamps, press screws, vises and cabinet claws.

Hoping that the quality will be the same. Harbor Freight made some decent copies a few years ago but then upgraded the design and used paint instead of chrome.
