Was wondering if anyone witnessed the low prices on the G0690 late last year. Were these legit?
Looking for my first table saw, will wait patiently for this price to materialize.

The chart is unreadable on my computer. I have followed Grizzly tool prices for years and their sales are usually pretty meager – something like 5% off. Occasionally, they will put out a 10% off coupon. I don’t know where all that variation comes from in your graph.

This chart comes from camelcamelcamel.com, they track historical prices on Amazon.
Here is hopefully a better graph, not sure why the image is getting downscaled when you upload here.

Either way, these could have been flash sales to clear out inventory. I was hoping to find someone that saw this happen and could confirm this was real.

I can’t tell you if those sale prices are legit or not, but Art is spot on wrt. Grizzly not really doing deeply discounted sales. Also, there were several pop up tool sellers on Amazon this past Christmas that offered incredible deals… and turned out to be fraudulent sellers. I think that people eventually got their money back from Amazon, but it can take months and sure would foul up your plans if you intended the purchase as a gift.

Grizzly does put out a holiday catalog, however, and those are usually the best prices of the year on selected items. Unless, of course, you can make it to one of their tent sales.

I personally, would always order direct from Grizzly and not off of Amazon, as Amazon’s “free” shipping will often show up by way of a higher unit price.

Ok, that makes a lot more sense and explains the pricing data I was seeing. Thank you for sharing that.
A little bummed, but I know which way I need to steer things now.

It may be higher but it’s an insurance policy against getting screwed by grizzly.

I don’t mind paying the price, I was hoping the data was showing end of year flash sales, like Amazon is known for doing. In which case I would wait for those to happen.

This was the sale price in October 2015 when I bought mine. They were closing the PA location and clearing out inventory.

That’s a nice deal.
