Sometimes the marks are hard to see on the underside of the handles There might be nothing but a B there. It looks like a Stanley #60 double shave, but I’m not sure enough to tell without markings. The problem is early Stanley tools weren’t marked a lot of times and the blades could be replacements over the years. Also there were a lot of copies of Stanley tools and those are often unmarked too.

On looking more, I don’t see any Stanley 60s that have those kind of lever caps. Could have happened but I don’t see one yet.

I found this double bladed spoke shave listed in the 1897 Sears, Roebuck and Company catalog (reprint). Unfortunately, no name is listed with this particular tool. Often times, the name brand is given. Perhaps of some interest, it is listed for sale at fifteen cents. The single blade version was offered at twelve cents.
